Franklin Pyokpung Zaure

Accountable Adaptation Fellow

Franklin Pyokpung Zaure has lectured at Athmadu Bello University, Nigeria in the Theatre and Performing Arts department for the past 6 years. His research has focussed on performance design and environmental sustainability. Franklin also has four years experience teaching cultural and creative arts to children between the ages of three to fifteen at both primary and secondary levels. He is currently a Fullbright Visiting Researcher and is part of the Rise-Up Leadership Accelerator Program. Franklin is a transdisciplinary researcher/artist, development communicator, an advocate for environmental justice and the founder of the Creative Arts for Development Center, a grassroots organization that leverages creativity for social change.
